According to the Bible, a key part of a Christian's growth is to be discipled and to disciple others (Matthew 28:19). With this in view, Oasis offers mentor-based discipleship programs to help students grow to maturity in Christ.
- The first level discipleship program, Solidify, lays a firm foundation in the Christian faith as well as helping the participants learn to share their faith.
- The second level, Roots, takes discipleship to a more comprehensive level by covering four crucial aspects of the Christian faith - the Bible, inner life, ministry, and character.
- The third level, Stand, is entering its pilot program this school year.
