oasis purpose statement
We feel that it is important to have a mission statement, or a purpose, set out to follow. This keeps us focused on what we want to achieve as a group of Christians on campus. All of Oasis's service and mission areas tie in to the following six points of our mission.
We bring glory to God by:
Announcing the gospel to the unbelieving, (share your faith)
Bringing them into a loving relationship with Christ, (love Jesus)
Connecting them to God's family, (build relationships)
Discipling them to mature in Christ, (grow in Christ)
Equipping them for their ministry, (get involved) and
Forwarding them to serve Him lifelong in the world (serve Him for life).
