If you would like to get work-out before and after Sunday morning worship, then the Oasis Roadie Team is for you. This crew works behind the scenes and what they do; most of the time goes un-noticed. Their service is vital to carrying out our church service each Sunday. The Oasis worship band depends on them week after week to load and unload all of the band equipment. Each Sunday morning about 9:00 am the Roadie Team meets, loads up the band equipment, travels a few blocks to campus, then unloads. Our worship time on Sundays goes from 11am-12noon.
About 12:30 pm they help to tear down some of the equipment, load it up, and then unload it. In the past we have had some that would sign up for the morning time and others only in the afternoon. Still others have signed up for both times. If you are not sure where you would like to get involved in serving our Lord, this would be a great place to start. The only talent needed is being able to get up earlier on Sunday mornings! This is a great place to get involved with Oasis, make new friends, and see other opportunities for service to open up.
