what to expect on sunday mornings

When you walk into the Oasis Sunday morning worship meeting in Campbell Hall, you'll first hear "good morning!" from a member of our greeting team, who will hand you a program. You will continue to a food table, where you can grab some breakfast and coffee or juice before you sit down.

Exactly at 11:05am, our MC will welcome you to Oasis and begin the service with an ice breaker, usually a fun game to wake us all up and get us ready to worship. Then our worship team will begin with all of the Oasians standing and worshiping the Lord together. Usually the offering basket will be passed around during one of the songs for those who want to tithe.

After a few songs, it will be time for the message. One of the staff members (Jeff, Nathan or Seth) will give a half-hour message on a relevant topic to college students.

We like to end the service with another song or two, and then we will either have lunch there or go to lunch together! Sometimes we have an additional small activity for Sunday afternoons. To see what we're doing this week, check the calendar.
